菊川凱夫
菊川 凱夫（きくかわ よしお、1944年9月12日 - ）は、静岡県出身の元サッカー選手、指導者。

清水市（現・静岡市清水区）・浜松市と並んで、静岡県内においてはサッカーの名門地と称される藤枝市に生まれ、藤枝東高等学校に進学。サッカー部に在籍し、全国選手権大会で優勝した実績を持つ。明治大学を経て、三菱重工業サッカー部（浦和レッドダイヤモンズの母体）に入社。サイドバックで活躍し、三菱黄金時代を支えたが、1974年に現役を一度引退。その後地元・藤枝のクラブチーム「志太クラブ」に入り、静岡県リーグでプレーした。

将来の日本サッカーをリードしようと1982年に創部した「中央防犯藤枝サッカークラブ」に監督として入社。部員全員がガードマンとの兼業という厳しい環境の下、着実にレベルアップを図り、1987年に静岡県全県リーグ1部優勝、東海社会人リーグ昇格を達成。更に1991年には日本サッカーリーグ2部昇格まで上り詰めた。

日本リーグのプロ化（日本プロサッカーリーグ）により、Jリーグに参加しないチームを対象としたJFLリーグ・2部（旧J2）に参加した1992年には同チームに全国規模の大会に於ける初タイトルをもたらす。1993年には1部（旧J1）入り。1995年、チームのプロ化計画により福岡市に移転した福岡ブルックス（現・アビスパ福岡）の総監督となる。1996年、指導権を清水秀彦に譲り、テクニカルアドバイザーに退いたが、1999年に監督に復帰し、2000年には総監督を担当した。
